Whilst teaching the hands on gaming course at Yarraville Club recently, I came across a possible fault with the Aristocrat Xcite machines.
 
With these machines the Information button is top right next to the collect button. On a number of machines the information button wasn’t working, which is illegal!!!
 
Upon inspection I found that the back of the button was loose and once tightened it then worked.
 
So I encourage you to check every Aristocrat Xcite machine in your venue to make sure the information button is working. If not, open the door and tighten it at the back. If it still doesn’t work, the machine MUST be turned off until fixed by a technician.
