Just looking at the codes of conduct , and noticed a mistake with Clubs Victoria’s code of conduct.
 
On page 11 they state the acceptable forms of ID and they have named Key Card instead of Keypass. Anyone who has done my courses will know that a key card is not acceptable ID.
 
If you have adopted Clubs Vic’s code please make sure this error is fixed. I’m surprised the VCGR approved it, they should know better.
 
Also, please make sure all your staff have access to a copy of the code of conduct.
